I have told our drummer Rob to write a journal entry this week because his last one seemed to be a hit of sorts. I was frequently asked, in press before our Canadian tour, about our adventure in Halifax. It seems that Rob is remarkably well-suited for tall tales about our generally boring day-to-day routine. Having been given his assignment, Rob is going to detail for you Tegan's battle with food poisoning and a summary of our first week and a half of dates in Canada. With a day off in Regina and a 25-hour drive from Winnipeg to Toronto, Rob should have no shortage of time to bang something out for everyone to enjoy.

Just a quick note to those of you at the shows in Victoria, Vancouver, Salmon Arm, Banff, Calgary and Edmonton; thank you for your support, and for buying so damn much merchandise! You've made us millionaires and we are going to retire in the Carribean when this is all over. Just a reminder, Tegan and I will be on Much Music, Thursday Nov 14th during Brad TV, and on CBC PLAY later that night.

On Friday Nov 15th we will be on Mike Bulllard. I know we keep saying we will have new pictures and video up but we are liars and it hasn't happened just yet. But I promise I will make it a priority when I am resting up in my beach hut in December. We have been receiving a tremendous amount of email; thank you for your opinions, critiques, and support.
