I'll Take The Blame (only in the US on Itunes, more countries to come soon!) I've decided to tell you 5 things I need to take the blame for.

5 THINGS I'LL TAKE THE BLAME FOR.

1. I'll Take the Blame for Having the Same Hair Cut as Sara-

Honestly...its just happened. Most of the people we live/hang out with have it too...Variations of it of course but...its the style in the group we run with. I am seriously considering growing it out when we take some time off for the holidays. Mainly because I am tired of journalists implying that we WANT to look like twins. Even if we DID have different hair..which we sort of do but also sort of don't...we're still twins...and its not something we try to do...we just are...a hair cut is not going to make me less genetically identical to Sara. Serious.

2. I'll Take the Blame for Not ever playing Superstar-

Sara indulged me when I said I might want to play it again..but I absolutely refuse to play that song..ever. Its not a good song. Its not. Seriously. I truly believe that therefore I am happy to take the blame for it not being a current selection in our newest set list live on the road. Someone showed me lyrics they had tattooed on them from that song. Please don't do that. Its a bad song...serious.

3. I'll take the blame for naming the con THE CON. I felt/feel like a con from time to time. It was my attempt at suggesting that perhaps we all, more specifically I, have different sides to me. Sides that depending on how WE are talking to each other or interacting may be different. I take the blame for that...I find it impossible not to do it..so...get used to it. Sara wanted to call the record "sugar, spell it out". or "portland". So we called it "the con". Of course.

4. I'll take the blame for insisting that I'll Take all The Blame made it onto our new EP. I love the song. I think Sara is a lyrical genius. My favourites, "Don't you think that I've been giving up. Change, I'll take the blame." and "Pull my ears back with words, heart beats hurt, you have my chest full of cold night air in my lungs".

5. I'll take the blame for not putting One Second (another unreleased BSIDE for sale on the Take the Blame EP) not getting on THE CON. I loved the song (so did Spero for Northern State) but it just didn't fit the mood or the story like the other songs from the demos we wrote in preparation for recording THE CON did..so...tough luck...but its available now...yay!

We're having a wonderful time on tour. Every show but a few have been AMAZING. Thanks to all of you who have been making being us feel as amazing as ever!

Hope all is well. November is kind of a sucky month. The weather changes...it gets colder and darker and the days get shorter but longer too and time just...stands still..but before you know it...it'll be...even colder...cause that's how December is....so....buy a t and s hoodie...accessorize with a t and s scarf and remember....
