so much to say thank you for...

thank you to everyone who has come out to our first string of dates. victoria, vancouver, seattle, portland, san fran, and all the AMAZING people at amoeba yesterday in LA!!!!

we say it over and over, but its truly a privilege to be performing for such loyal attentive excited people every night. its been a busy time, but the two hours on stage in front of smiling clapping singing audiences is worth the black circles under the eyes.

yesterday was the best release date we've ever had (this was our 5th). to those of you who camped out at 6 am to get a spot for the amoeba in-store, you have no idea how truly thankful and blown away tegan and i were. and you were all so polite and patient! it was outrageous!!!

i can't thank you enough for your support. to those of you who bought the album yesterday, the vinyl, the single, the video etc... thank you (exponent 10)
