In 2 days we head East to New York City. Another US tour to fill our month of October. Soon we will be done with this record and our time will be spent with writing instead of flying, sleeping in and dreaming about music instead of playing it.

Until then we hope all of you are coming to see us play, as it may be your last time for a while. It is our first collage tour. We are excited to see your schools. We are busy getting ready and rehearsing. There will be some new faces and lots of old familiar ones this next tour. Craig is back with us and an old friend from years ago who used to tour manager us is coming back out to take care of all our silly needs. Sara and I practiced lots of old songs but still seem to find the most inspiration in the new ones...well they are old too now I guess. It has been over a year since we released So Jealous in North America. We are so happy with how this record did and was received. We have plans to play in Australia, Japan and perhaps back in Canada before we finish the touring for this record. We have been promising a Florida tour and also to head back to the UK. It is our intention to make it there.... Don't forget to have a good fall. Before you know it a very cold winter or a very hot summer will be here.... this is the best time of the year. The New Pornographers just put out their new record as well so did Against Me!. Check them out. I am reading John Irving’s newest book 'Until I find you'. It is so Go get it. I saw 'Me, You and Everyone We Know' this week. It was great. Check that out too. I went and saw Antony and the Johnsons play for my birthday here in Vancouver. It was at a church and I cried. He is so great! Be well people.
