Hello everyone out there. We are just about to head to NY to do Conan and play the Bowery. I am trying to get in the mood and pick an outfit but I feel a little out of it these days. I spent the holidays watching the news (like most people after the tsunami) and when i wasn't doing that I was watching Dallas with my grandparents. Overall it was a weird holiday. Lots of good things are happening though to balance the bad and I hope we can start this year with more good things and win over more people and put on an even better show than last year.

Lots of great music, tv and change was made this year so good to all the musicians, artists, politicians, everyday hardworkers and kids out there speaking up for change and better quality of life. We salute you.... well at least I do.

Go donate at the Red Cross today and then buy a new cd from an independent artist. Then go home and hug your loved ones....then drink beer, no just kidding skip the beer and go see a band play live.

So see you all soon, we are heading out for a big Canadian tour and it is shaping up to be amazing.

Also the video for Speak Slow got added at Much Music, our first add there in years, finally. I wrote the treatment and co-directed it so get on the phone or email and start requesting, pretty please.

And Rob if you are out there, I know you are, I hope you are having an okay time in Costa Rica, be safe, see you soon.
