Well finally a second to breath. Things have been so busy this month I can hardly believe it is not this month anymore and it is the next month. We started rehearsals back in August and now all of a sudden I look at the date and it is October 4th. I just arrived back in vancouver from Montreal. What an awesome tour and an awesome start to a great year I think. All the shows were so amazing. The BC shows made me proud to be living in BC all over again. Toronto and Ottawa and Montreal the last 3 shows were so great I can hardly believe it. We tried out some new venues and went back to Barrymores which is literally one of my top 5 favourite rooms to play in Canada. Ottawa you are so Bloody Loud it is inspiring. It makes me want to go to a show and not stand in the back and only whistle and clap politely. I want to stand up front and scream at the top of my lungs. But this is not likely anytime soon. But in my heart I want to.

We have a few days off and then we are heading to the US to start our tour there. We are doing dates with Melissa Ferrick and a showcase at CMJ and then off to Bridge School to play with some of the biggest, best and most frightening to even think we could be sharing a stage with acts ahhhhhh. Anyways. Everyone out there reading this who have been listening to the new record THANK YOU. We had an awesome first 2 weeks. Keep telling your friends. I keep telling mine. Even though they have it already I keep telling them anyways. We are going to be touring lots this year and I am glad I have an IPOD to keep me sane. We have lots of merchandise too so I have lots to do at the shows. I just hope this year is the best one yet for us. I sound ridiculous to myself so I am going to sign off. I am going to encourage the band to write their first journal entries. See you all later.
