just to clarify, i am not terribly sad about cheeks. apparently, from what i could find on the internet, cheeks died from swim bladder disease. this happens when a fish eats a certain type of food and its stomach and bladder swell up with air and they cant flip over or swim cause they float upside down full of air at the top of the bowl. its very sad. once my mom had a party and someone put chip dip in our fish tank and all the little fishies were dead when we got home on sunday. my mom felt bad. poor cheeks. i just wanted to clear it up though, that i am ok and that cheeks was happy while in my care.

ps it wasnt my fault. this happens a lot to fish who are "exotic". they just have funny intestinal issues.

pps he wasnt dead in the picture, that was him swimming upside down, well floating actualy, with a bloated belly, a few days before he died.
