So the tour is almost over. We all go the flu and I came back to the hotel in Peterborough and sara had barfed in her hands in front of the front desk lady. I called my mom becuase it was like 400 hundred degrees and sara was still shivering and then she cried. I had to give her a massage because she said that she had never ached that much in her life. I was sick too but not with the flu. I was sick of being sick. Everytime we go on the road I get sick at least once. I went and saw a homoepathic docter who said perhaps part of the problem was the stress on my body of me feeling guilty when I get sick. I think that perhaps that is part of it but I think the majority of the problem lies in the ammount of other peoples dirty excess air I take in every day. Plus how do you avoid getting sick when you have to share a room with someone experiencing the shakes and aches worse than any other time in their life?

I also got to sleep on saras floor for 5 nights. I spent a lot of time shoved right up against her book shelves that hold her cd collection. She has a lot of music and a lot of really weird stuff. I won't get into it as I think sara has the right to own really weird music but this was really weird. She also has a bunch of my cds and I also saw some of my books but I didn't want to get into it with her as she is coming tomorrow from Montreal to stay with my for four nights and I don't want her snooping in my stuff. At least she dosen't need to sleep on the floor I have a really big couch for guests.

Well the tour is almost over just a few more shows. We were all really worried this tour would bomb and we would be shamed into making a really bad album and quitting music forever. But we were wrong. It was an amazing tour, flu aside, every show was amazing. The audiences were better than ever, singing louder than I could have imagined, and it was so fun having matt sharp playing in our band with us. I have to go.
