Well winter is here and of course it is almost time for Tegan and Sara to hit the road again. I was watching some show today and I saw an old interview of ours as I was flipping around during the commercial break. Not literally flipping just surfing, not ... We look really weird on tv. I realized that I talk out of one side of my mouth. Something I wish I didn't do, especially right now, as I am experiencing a lot of tension and stress in my left side. I also shake and move around like I have to go to the bathroom. Sara just seemed really bored. I hope that when we are on stage those defects are deadened by the lights and excitement of being outside of your houses. I also hope that when you see us you remember the good things not the strings breaking or the unfunny stories. Or perhaps you hated our song selections or our new merchandise. Maybe you thought rob should have worn black and not red. Perhaps Chris was bobbing his head too much or sara changed the lyrics in underwater and you were embarssed as you said, underwater I wrote drowning, when she in fact said, underwater you wrote drowing. These small changes can make a day that seemed long and horrible seem new and fresh. A small change has occured in me. I have a long banger mullet and my hair dresser is in Greece. Come home Melanie, my hair is ugly.

I hope that our show on Halloween is well attended. Rob told me the other night when we were at 'the reasons' show that he and chris were going to dress like us and we were supposed to dress like them. I thought we already did that? Dosen't seem like much fun. Last Halloween I played raquet ball. That is a fun game that most people don't ever play. I find it much easier than sqaush. I find sleeping 12 hours a night and wearing my pyjamas all day sometimes harder than driving 12 hours a day and playing a stinky old club in the middle of no where that night. Who would have guessed? Time to go, take care and see you soon.
